With only four days left of Sondheim on Sondheim’s 3-month run at New York City’s Studio 54, the wonderful cast recording track list has now been unveiled! The show was directed by James Lapine starring actors Barbara Cook, Vanessa Williams, Tom Wopat, Leslie Kritzer, Norm Lewis, Euan Morton, Erin Mackey and Matthew Scott. Nominated for two Tony Awards, Best Featured Actress in a Musical (Barbara Cook) and Best Sound Design of a Musical (Dan Moses Schreier), Sondheim on Sondheim has proven to be a must see for not only Sondheim fans but theater fans everywhere.
